It appears to be a DC-8 trying to land in heavy crosswind. The crew lost control but inmediatly applied full power and left control rudder to succesfully go around.

UPS: We land the slipperiest ship in the shipping business
OK, sorry, that was bad. That looked like a landing in the south California valley region; With mountainous terrain nearby, you can get low-level conditions completely different from those aloft. Kudos to the crew for a great save! I would've waited an extra week for my UPS-delivered DVD just to see the plane it came on land safely. That save took guts.
