Explore the Arctic Circle's freezing and snowy airports, the home of Santa Claus himself! Rovaniemi (EFRO) and Kittilä (EFKT) airports are fully staffed during the event and will be waiting for the virtual Christmas charter flights.
Open ATC units during the event are Tampere and Rovaniemi area control radars, fully staffed Rovaniemi airport (tower, ground, approach). Also a smaller Kittilä airport will be open with a tower controller. Kittilä is a special airport with no radar service provided and thus is an interesting place to visit too - if you are confident with your procedural navigation skills!
